SHIPPING INFORMATION

We know waiting for your order is the hardest part! All orders placed before 3pm EST will process and ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm EST will begin processing the next business day.

 

Please note: We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase. However, our customer care team is happy to help you make a return.

  • We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
  • We accept merchandise that is in unworn condition with original tags attached for a full refund.
  • Items purchased at full-price are eligible for return or exchange. Sale or discounted items are final sale and will not be shipped back if returned to our warehouse.
  • It is not possible to organize an exchange - if you wish change the item you have purchased, please return the item and order the product you would like from the website

Wrong item received

  • If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact please contact customer services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Faulty Item

  • In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we’ll be happy to replace it for you, please contact customer services quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Discount codes & vouchers

  • If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

How do I Return an Item

  • Please contact customer service Sales@blackmarketapparelnyc.com to obtain an Return Authorization number which must be clearly listed on the outside of the box in order for us to process your return.
  •  If you qualify for a return label (orders over $150.00) we will email you the label once we have been notified of the return.
  • After we have received your return, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.
  • We aim to process refunds and exchanges the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your return for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.
*It is imperative you retain your proof of postage as we cannot be liable for goods not returned to us
